Dr. Kefalos is a Board Certified MD trained in Internal Medicine . As a result of extensive medical training and nearly 40 years experience practicing (the last 20+ years including integrative modalities) she is able to collaborate with you on your journey towards optimal wellness! She embodies a unique combination of conventional medical knowledge and holistic wisdom and is skilled at blending them in a practical individualized approach. Dr K uses functional medicine approaches to get to the underlying cause of illness. She looks at the whole person, not just their symptoms! Many people find Dr K after being to other practitioners over the years, and being told that since their standard labs and physical exam are normal that there is nothing that can be done to improve their symptoms. It is a very gratifying for Dr K to be able offer them a route to relief.

I closed my practice in June 2023. For many years I was blessed to serve thousands of wonderful people, as their Primary Care Physician. It has been a very gratifying, rewarding and life enriching time! Thank you to all of you who allowed me into your lives.
